About Me

I’m a certified baby sleep consultant and proud mum to three wonderful boys—ages 4, 2, and 1. Like many parents, I’ve experienced the overwhelming exhaustion that comes with sleep deprivation. The nights can feel never-ending, and the struggle is all too real. But through that difficult season, I discovered something that changed everything: the power of evidence-based sleep training.

My journey into sleep consulting began with my first son. I became deeply curious about routines, sleep cycles, and the science behind healthy sleep habits. I implemented structured, research-backed approaches that transformed his sleep—and brought calm, rest, and rhythm to our family life. That was the moment I truly understood: sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity for children’s development and parents’ wellbeing.

After relocating to Dubai in 2023, I launched Rhythm and Rest to support families seeking custom baby sleep plans and professional guidance tailored to their unique parenting style. My mission is to provide compassionate, personalised sleep training support for families in Dubai, the UK, and worldwide - so no parent has to walk the sleep journey alone.
